3. Whats the difference between a spinet, console, studio, and an upright?
The height of the piano, spinets are smallest, then the console, studio, and the upright is the tallest.

4. What type of payments do you accept?
Cash, Check, Senior Citizen discounts

5. What are your business hours?
Monday through Saturday - 8:00AM until all jobs are complete.

6. Will my piano be well cared for?
Yes, we take every precaution with your piano from protecting it from from the outside elements to ensuring it's safe transport. Our men have over 30 years of experience between them and have come across even the most unique situations and have dealt with them with the upmost professionalism.

7. How will I know when you'll arrive at each destination?
We will call you in the morning between 8:00 & 9:00AM and give you a 2 hour window.
